I am a Senior Product Designer with a passion for solving complex problems.

Over the past 11+ years, I have focused on designing intuitive solutions for complex product initiatives — from establishing design systems, permissions architecture, and plug-and-play integrations frameworks to AI-powered workflows, multi-step approval pipelines, and bespoke booking systems.

Having consistently operated in a hybrid design & product role, I’m deeply customer-driven, and I love digging through data to inform both design and business decisions. I specialize in tackling ambiguous problems, shaping end-to-end user experiences, and partnering closely with engineering to ship scalable, high-quality features.

You’ll often find me looking for ways to reduce product pain points, optimize workflows (both internal and customer-facing), and create delightful user experiences.

In my spare time, I’m quite immersed in sports and fitness, so you’ll find me on a tennis court most days. I’m currently a 3.5 player (using Tennis Canada standards). I enjoy weightlifting, hot yoga, and found a recent love for reformer pilates.

Beyond sports, I appreciate a good downtime/chill hobby; I love baking, I’m learning embroidery, slowly continuing language studies (Spanish, Japanese, Greek), and trying to keep up with anime releases.
